Launch policies
Effective August 24, 2026
Purchase and publication
A purchase reserves a defined area of a ClaimWall campaign. Payment does not guarantee publication. Artwork is published only after moderation. Approved placements remain for the campaign term and archive described on the campaign page.
Content license
You retain ownership of submitted artwork and grant ClaimWall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, resize, reproduce, display, archive, and promote it in connection with the campaign. You confirm that you control the necessary rights.
Content standards
No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, impersonating, or privacy-invasive content; no unsafe downloads; and no links that materially change into prohibited destinations. ClaimWall may reject or remove content to protect visitors, partners, or the project.
Refunds
A claim rejected during initial moderation receives a refund to the original payment method. Approved and published placements are generally final. Duplicate charges, technical failures, and legally required refunds will be corrected. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and issuing bank.
Privacy
We use purchaser email, payment references, claim details, artwork, and technical records to process purchases, moderate submissions, support customers, prevent abuse, and operate the archive. Card information is collected and processed by Stripe, not ClaimWall. Public claim pages display only approved artwork and customer-supplied public content.
Community impact
The stated campaign percentage is placed by ClaimWall into a monthly community impact pool from eligible settled purchases, net of refunds. Each paid claim casts one vote among the month’s limited nonprofit nominees. The two highest-ranked nominees are intended to split that pool equally. A purchaser is buying wall space, not making a charitable contribution, and should not treat the purchase as tax-deductible without independent advice. Distribution status is reported separately from commitments.
Support and takedowns
Questions, rights complaints, and takedown requests should include the claim number, campaign, and supporting details and be sent to the support address shown at checkout. ClaimWall may request identity or rights verification before acting.
